I did my annual blood tests every year till 2015.
The blood tests will measure all the key parameters and will give us stats on how we are going with our overall health.
After 2015, I stopped doing my annual blood tests for whatever reason it may be (lazy, worried, anxious, etc)
After I started my weight loss journey in 2021, I started being regular to do blood tests.
The key benefits of doing this simple blood tests are below (thanks google):
- Detect signs of health risks.
- Detect infection.
- Detect the balance of fluids and minerals in the blood.
- Assess physical functions.
- Screen for certain medical problems.
- Monitor effectiveness of therapy for chronic medical conditions
- Provide baseline information regarding organ function.
If you haven’t done your blood tests yet, I would definitely encourage you to do so. It is very simple, but an effective test.
